I picked navel's at Alisha's house (you know...her 20 orange trees in her backyard!)and gave them to the family for Christmas. They LOVE THEM!! Nothing like a juicy sweet orange from Santa...right ;) That's one good thing about Arizona...the yummy oranged in December!
When I was a kid on the East Coast, we got an orange in our stocking. I loved the smell of them - so fresh! I'm glad to hear others had that tradition too!
Have you ever looked at orange tree in Dec. and thought it looked decorated for Christmas. Love the looks of the trees as the oranges begin to turn bright orange.
A tribute to my Santa that always put an orange in my Christmas Stocking.

I never thought of the trees looking decorated for Christmas - but they do!
