I absolutely HATE having my picture taken. That is why I am always behind the camera snapping away. I know more photographers that are this way. Well, I couldn't stay hidden behind the camera forever. Here are a couple family portraits done - self portrait style.

I guess I've been feeling a little abstract lately. This photo was taken over the summer. Can you guess what it is? I'll give you a hint: I took it while out to lunch with a friend and our kids. This was during my play around with macro images. I really like the lighting and the texture on this one. Of course, I am usually drawn to subjects for the texture I can get out of them.
