I finished my book today and cannot wait to get started on the next one. I am reading the original books from the original Star Wars movies. My brother, Kelly, loaned me his copies. (And after I finish the next one I am on to the books that Diana loaned to me.) They are from, well a long time ago. I mean the pages are yellowing and everything. I can remember seeing them in his room as a child and really wanting to read them someday. I'm not sure he ever knew that.
We have been trading books back and forth for the past few years. He gets me into series and then I get him into series. It's been very fun. So, earlier today I finished reading The Empire Strikes Back. Definitely not my favorite movie from the saga. Although after reading the book I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. I'm very excited to begin reading the next one - Return of the Jedi. That is my favorite movie of all six. We will see if the book is as good. I am feeling a bit tired tonight and may not be able to keep my eyes open long enough to get started on it tonight. We will see.
And for tonight, please enjoy this simple picture of my boys (dogs) again. They are more than willing to have their pictures taken. Especially if there are treats waiting for them!
